  • 50 Air Squats

Round 2:

  • 20 Plank Marches
  • 30 Hagglers
  • 40 Leg Raises
  • 50 Sit-ups

Round 3:

  • 20 Floor Burpees
  • 50 Air Squats

Round 4:

  • 50 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 40 Thrusters
  • 30 Pull ups
  • 20 “T” Pushups

Round 5:

  • 20 Floor Burpees
  • 50 Air Squats

Round 6:

  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 40 High Jumps
  • 50 Medicine Ball Jumping Jacks

Round 7:

  • 20 Floor Burpees
