This week instead of holding your typical plank pose for 30-45 sec and doing 2-3 sets, try saving the plank for the end of your workout and hold it for as long as you can with proper form and the post your times!
Remember plank position is on your forearms and toes with your neck and spine aligned keeping your hips level and core held tight! Good Luck!
